Tokens Inc. and/or its affiliates ("Company", "Us" or "We") ("Company" or "We") respects the privacy of the users of its Platform as defined below ("User" or "You") and is committed to protect the information that its users share with it. We believe that You have a right to know our practices regarding the information We may collect when You use our Platform at http://printhug.com (the "Platform" and the "Website", respectively). The Platform allows users to order and buy photo print products of digital photos that were uploaded or sent by the user. The guidelines contained herein apply to Your visit or use of the Platform and/or Website. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them under the Terms of Use, available at http://printhug.com/terms.

1. Collection of Information
1.1 Non Identifiable and Anonymous Information ("Non-identifiable Information"). We may collect two types of data and information through Your use of the Platform and while You are viewing and exploring the Content and/or any other content available on the Website and/or Platform, and/or ordering a Product. To put it simply, we have no idea what is the identity of the User from which we have collected the Non-personal Information. The Non-personal Information We gather consists of technical information and behavioral information, including, among others, the following:

Technical Information: IP address; Date and time; Country and geo-location information; User-agent, screen resolution, and other device-identification information
Behavioral Information: User surfing patterns; Name, size, and type of the files you upload; Activity on site; Reaction patterns to specific UI and user experience elements

1.2 Individually identifiable information ("Personal Information") - to put it simple, this information may identify an individual or is of a private and/or sensitive nature. The Personal Information gathered may contain, among other things, Your name, email address, shipping address, billing information, your credit card, phone number, and any other identifiable information You have provided the Company during the use of the Platform and/or Website, and/or during ordering a product, and/or during registration procedure or any other information provided by You with respect to Your Content, such as Dropbox access and/or other third parties' access tokens via API, Processor Account details, geolocation of said Content if available, etc.

For avoidance of doubt, any Non-identifiable Information connected or linked to any Personal Information shall be deemed a Personal Information as long as such connection or linkage exists.

2. Usage of Information
The Non-identifiable Information We collect is used mainly to learn about general trends of usage of Our Platform, enhance the user experience on our Platform, and other lawful purposes. For example, We are using the Non-identifiable Information to determine which print products sizes are the most requested based on the amount of orders made. We may also use certain statistical information, such as popularity of certain products, to promote such products on our Platform.

The Personal Information is used to personalize User's experience, thus improving and enhancing such User's experience, learn more about Your preferences and suggest relevant products to You, and pursuant to Your consent, deliver You with notifications regarding Products which We believe that You might be interested in.
In order to provide a view of your past orders and functionality for managing historical orders, we may keep all files that were uploaded or sent to us in the past.

3. Sharing the Information with Third Parties
We will not share Personal Information with any third party. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, we may disclose Personal Information in the following cases:(a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request (including, inter alia, anti-money laundering laws); (b) to enforce these Privacy Policy, including investigation of potential violations of any of the provisions of such Privacy Policy; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to respond to Users' support requests; (e) the Company may share your information with certain third parties who provide services or products on the Company's behalf. The Company may also share certain information of your Photo Order with our Photo Partners in order to fulfill and complete your Photo Order. (f) the Company may share your personal information with such third party service providers to fulfill orders, deliver packages, send postal or e-mail, administer contests or sweepstakes, remove repetitive information on customer lists, analyze data, provide marketing assistance, provide search results and links, process credit card payments, operate the Company's websites, troubleshoot, and provide customer service. (g) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Us, Our users, or the general public; (h) when We are undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets of Us; (i) pursuant to Your explicit approval, in order to settle a dispute and/or review a claim submitted to Us related to Your use of the Platform and/or the Website.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that the Platform may collect and process Personal Information and Non-Personal Information in accordance with this Section 3. For the avoidance of doubt, if You do not agree with this Privacy Policy You are not allowed to use the Platform.

4. Cookies & Local Storage
When You use our Platform and/or Website, We may use industry-standard technologies such as "cookies", Flash and/or Silverlight (or similar technologies), which store certain information on Your computer ("Local Storage") and which will allow Us to enable automatic sign-in to the Platform and/or Website and make the User's browsing more convenient and effortless. It is easy to prohibit the Local Storage option. Most browsers will allow the User to erase cookies from their computer hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. In order to erase or disable the Local Storage option in Flash or Silverlight You should use the settings option of Flash/Silverlight according to the specific instructions provided by the technology provider. However, if You block or erase, cookies, or change the settings of Flash and/or Silverlight, Your online experience may be limited.

The Company takes a great care in maintaining the security of Your information and in preventing unauthorized access to it through the use of appropriate technology and internal procedures. However, the Company does not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
